Adittional Information

    • The organizers guarantee the first 20 people (the order of applications decides) the possibility of presenting in the form of an oral presentation, unless the author has declared in the application preparation of the poster. The other participants have the opportunity to present scientific achievements in the form of posters.
    • Speeches and posters take part in the competition for the best presentation of scientific achievements. PhD student the author of the best oral presentation and the best poster, selected by the competition jury, will receive a prize.
    • The organizers will appoint a competition jury to choose the best oral presentation and poster form and will notify the participants of the competition regulations until 20 May 2018.
    • At the participant's request, a certificate confirming participation in the Conference is issued.
    • Participants are required to cover travel and accommodation costs on their own as part of the participation in the Conference.
    • As part of the participation in the conference participants will receive:
         
    1. conference materials,
    2. the opportunity to publish articles in the journal Journal of Casting & Materials Engineering after fulfilling formal editorial conditions,
    3. possibility of free participation in additional attractions, after prior notification via the application form. The number of places is limited. The order of applications decides.
